Who operates this site

This website, iorusa.com, is operated by Hamburg Logistics LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. Questions about this policy go to ship@iorusa.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. The forms on this site ask for your name, company, work email address, and, if you choose to provide it, a phone number. Depending on the form, they also ask where your company is based, what you import and where it is made, how many shipments you expect, how your entries are filed today, and anything you type in the notes field. You decide what to include.

Information collected automatically. When you visit, our systems record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page you arrived from, and any campaign or click identifiers in the address of the page you arrived on, such as an X click ID.

How we use it

  • To reply to your submission by email and, if you ask us to, to pass it to the Importer of Record provider described on the Disclosures page so that provider can respond to your request. We share it with no one else for that purpose.
  • To understand how visitors use the site and whether our advertising leads to submissions.
  • To keep the site secure and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose not listed here.

Analytics and advertising measurement

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and sessions, to see approximate location by country or region, and to record when a form is submitted. Google’s use of this data is described in Google’s privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Microsoft Clarity. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site, through heatmaps and replays of page interactions such as scrolling and clicks. Clarity masks the text you type into forms and sets its own cookies. Microsoft’s use of this data is described in Microsoft’s privacy statement, and you can read how Clarity handles data at clarity.microsoft.com.

X advertising measurement. This site uses the X pixel, which reports page views to X Corp. When you submit a form, our server also reports the submission to X with a hashed (SHA-256) form of your email address and phone number, your IP address and browser identifier, and the X click ID if you arrived from an X ad. X uses the hashed values to match the submission to an X account for advertising measurement; it does not receive your name or the contents of your submission. X’s handling of this data is described in X’s privacy policy, and you can adjust ad measurement in your X ad preferences.

Cookies

  • iorusa_attr (30 days): records how you first arrived on the site, meaning the referring page and any campaign parameters, so we know which source a submission came from.
  • iorusa_twclid (30 days): the X click ID, when you arrived from an X ad.
  • Cookies set by Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the X pixel, as described in their policies above.
  • Technical cookies set by the site’s caching and security software.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The forms on this site still work without them.

Where your information is stored and who processes it

Form submissions are stored on this website, which is hosted by Hostinger, and are sent by email to ship@iorusa.com. The service providers that process data on our behalf are Hostinger (hosting), Google (analytics), Microsoft (Clarity usage analytics), X Corp (advertising measurement), QUIC.cloud (content delivery and page optimization), and Wordfence (site security, which logs IP addresses). Data is processed in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we are in contact with you and for up to two years after the last contact, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics property. Server and security logs are kept for a limited period by the providers named above.

Your choices

Email ship@iorusa.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Where the law where you live gives you additional rights, including the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, those rights apply, and we will respond to any request within 30 days.

Children

This site is directed to businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
